Your role as a Marketing Events Coordinator

You will support the planning and execution of high‑quality events across Canada, delivering experiences that engage clients, partners, prospects, and employees, and contribute to Dialogue’s brand and business goals.

What you'll be doing
  • Event coordination and execution
    • Plan and execute in‑person, virtual, and hybrid events to build relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
    • Create and scale processes, frameworks, and templates for turn‑key events.
    • Assist and own event logistics such as venue research, catering, AV setup, branding and décor, registration, and on‑site staffing.
    • Coordinate guest lists, registration systems, and attendee communications.
    • Support collaboration with external agencies.
    • Support vendor management including quotes, scheduling, contracts, and general coordination.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities such as event email campaigns, landing pages, and social media coordination.
    • Assist with on‑site event execution (setup, signage, attendee support, vendor liaison,алася.)
    • Collect and organize feedback, survey responses, and performance metrics for post‑event reports.
  • Project and operational support
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for expertly executed events, leveraging event briefs, rehearsals and dry‑runs.
    • Collaborate to maintain an updated calendar of upcoming events and deadlines.
    • Use event tools and platforms (Eventbrite, Zoom, HubSpot, Asana, etc.).
    • Maintain inventory of event supplies, signage, and promotional items.
    • Contribute ideas for improving event processes, attendee experience, and brand impact.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, communications, or a related field.
  • Creativity, problem‑solving, and a passion for delivering strong customer experiences.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting events is a strong asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English fluency is required).
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, HR, and executives.
  • Proficiency with event and marketing tools (e.g., Eventbrite, HubSpot, Zoom, Asana) is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for event support.
  • Strong written skills and full proficiency in French is nice‑to‑have.
  • Bilingualism is an asset for this position; you may be required to communicate in French and English.
Benefits
  • Access to the Dialogue app and virtual mental health support for you and your family.
  • Fully funded insurance, a health spending account, dental coverage, and fitness reimbursement.
  • 4 weeks vacation, 9 wellness days, and 1 volunteer day.
  • Hybrid work: 3 days/week in our Montreal or Toronto offices (excluding remote roles).
  • Work abroad up to 4 weeks/year.
  • Incentive plans, referral bonuses & RRSP matching.
  • Learning via Coursera, external training budget, and mentorship.
  • Optional parental leave top‑up.
