Job description

Our client in the entertainment space is looking for a permanent Director of Marketing Delivery to join their team in Toronto.

The Director, Marketing Delivery is responsible for turning marketing strategies into well-executed campaigns across email, SMS, mobile, web, and app channels. This role oversees the team handling campaign execution, marketing data, automation tools, and loyalty program offers.

This position requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of marketing technology and data, and a focus on improving processes through automation. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2–3 days in the office per week, and it offers a full benefits package, bonus structure, 4 weeks of vacation, RSP contributions, and more!

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of 4 direct reports, including Managers.
  • Lead the execution of CRM campaigns across all digital channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
  • Streamline campaign workflows to support personalization and reduce manual work.
  • Ensure marketing data is available and usable by working closely with data and tech teams.
  • Oversee the use of marketing tools and explore automation and AI to improve efficiency.
  • Manage the execution of loyalty offers, ensuring they align with campaign goals and are properly tracked.
  • Lead teams across marketing operations, digital delivery, and loyalty offers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign delivery with business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
  • 8+ years in CRM, digital marketing, or campaign operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools
  • Strong understanding of loyalty programs and offer management platforms
  • Experience with marketing automation, AI tools, and MarTech platforms
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
