Job summary

Scenic Group in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support strategic marketing programs across our luxury brands Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises. You will collaborate with Sales and Brand Directors, coordinate campaigns, and assist with trade communications for Canadian markets.

The role offers hands-on experience across print and digital channels, regional campaigns, and day-to-day marketing administration within a Vancouver office environment.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally with luxury products or within the travel industry.
  • Extremely well organized, detail oriented, creative, with competency in critical thinking, problem-solving, long-term planning.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to maintain brand voice.
  • Process driven, comfortable with performing similar tasks consistently
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with email marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Positive team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Support and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, print, and trade channels to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deployment schedules, assets, and external partners to ensure timely, on-brand execution.
  • Manage email calendars and deployment schedules, including regionalized Canadian content, while ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
  • Partner with Sales and Brand Directors on trade eNewsletters, B2B communications, and co-op marketing initiatives for Travel Agents.
  • Proofread and review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.
  • Coordinate projects with other departments and team members as they relate to marketing and communications to ensure timely completion of tactics.
  • Support and lead marketing for trade events and initiatives, including planning, promotional campaigns, communications, collateral, and occasional on-site support.
  • Coordinate event assets, communications, and post-event follow-up to maximize visibility and results.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, events, priorities, and deadlines are organized and aligned.
  • Plan, book, and track regional and national print media placements.
  • Update spreadsheets with statistical, financial and non-financial information.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded, and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join the growing team at Scenic & Emerald Cruises. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play an essential role in supporting the successful execution of marketing programs across our luxury travel brands through a combination of project coordination, campaign support, and day-to-day marketing administration.

Working across both print and digital channels, you will help coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and motivated marketing professional looking to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of marketing activities while contributing to the growth of two globally recognized luxury cruise brands.

Key Responsibilities
