THE ROLE

The Marketing Coordinator, Demand Gen supports the development and execution of John Brooks' marketing campaigns. Working closely with the marketing department, sales, and product managers, this role creates, executes, and optimizes campaigns using HubSpot and analyzes performance metrics across all channels to ensure maximum ROI. This is key in enhancing John Brooks' digital presence and contributing to our overall marketing strategy.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Campaign Development & Execution:

• Execute marketing campaigns using HubSpot’s tools, including email marketing, lead-nurturing workflows, landing pages, and forms.

• Maintain and update data accuracy and hygiene between HubSpot and the CRM.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign goals, target audiences, and KPIs.

• Maintain the campaign calendar in Asana, ensuring alignment with marketing strategy.

• Regularly audit HubSpot and implement best practices for efficiency and data tracking.
