Position:

Marketing Coordinator

Location:

299 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Hours of Work:

40 hours/week, with overtime as required

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in executing national campaigns, managing design requests, and detailed schedules to ensure timely, on-brand, and on-budget campaign implementation.
  • Contribute to marketing promotions and initiatives by briefing creative and media teams, coordinating with designers and producers, and delivering materials to internal and external suppliers.
  • Participate in promotional kick-off meetings to develop ideas and communicate plans with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, media, digital, publicity, programming, sales/brand partnerships) to ensure timely and process-oriented marketing initiatives.
  • Provide daily administrative support and perform other duties as assigned.
Critical Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in marketing preferred.
  • Passion for TV, film, digital media, entertainment, and pop culture.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail, capable of handling multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Creative, resourceful, sociable, enthusiastic, and a team player eager to improve.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience in marketing, social media, analytics, or media is an asset.
  • Content creation experience is an asset.
