What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)
  • Coordinate and execute multi-platform social media campaigns (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Assist with Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign planning and reporting
  • Understanding of AI technologies and upcoming digital marketing trends
  • Manage and update client websites (basic CMS knowledge is a plus)
  • Help implement CRM workflows, track leads, and maintain reporting systems
  • Communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and clients
  • Keep track of marketing calendars, deadlines, and campaign progress
  • Bring creative ideas, memes, and trend analysis to the table regularly
  • Support new business growth with strong sales-oriented thinking
  • Be hands-on, agile, and self-directed in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of digital marketing experience

Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Excellent understanding of social media principles and trends

Hands-on experience with paid ads, websites, CRM & email campaigns

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proven sales mindset and ability to see the bigger picture

Self-motivated with initiative to own your work and get things done

Bonus: Canva, CapCut, Go High Level, or WordPress experience

Bonus: Strong technical acumen with creative thinking
