JDass Corp is hiring a junior-level Marketing Assistant to join our growing in-house team. Responsibilities:

Support the marketing team in planning and executing 360° campaigns across digital, social, print, and web.

Assist in managing and growing social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

Create, schedule, and publish content across social channels using publishing tools.

Develop flyers, banners, social videos, web graphics, and digital promotional assets.

Build and maintain weekly content calendars and monthly marketing plans.

Contribute to creative brainstorming and content ideation for campaigns and initiatives.

Write copy for captions, social media posts, emails, and promotional content.

Coordinate with vendors including freelancers, printers, photographers, and media partners.

Track, organize, and prioritize incoming marketing requests from internal teams or departments.

Assist with on-site execution of events, activations,and in-store marketing campaigns.

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor audits, and digital best practices.

Monitor analytics and assist in preparing reports on campaign and content performance

Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities like AI

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role.

Working knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

Experience building social media content calendars, marketing plans, and campaign pitch decks.

Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/editing software.

Familiarity with content scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.

Exposure to basic analytics platforms like Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics.

Capable of coordinating with external vendors, suppliers, freelancers, etc.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools is a bonus.

Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-motivated team player with a collaborative and adaptable attitude.

Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
