Job summary

MacEwen Agricentre Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to promote products and services through social media, digital marketing, and graphics. You will help maintain brand consistency and support events, content creation, and website updates.

The role involves coordinating content across platforms, assisting with campaigns, and collaborating with multiple departments to strengthen our presence in agricultural markets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience (co-op or internship considered).
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
• Wix experience is considered an asset.
• Valid Class G driver's license and clean criminal record.
• Bilingual (English/French) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Write content for social media, newsletters, promotional campaigns, and website updates.
• Support company events, trade shows, customer appreciation events, and community initiatives.
• Take photos and create basic video content for use across marketing channels.
• Maintain and update company websites with current and accurate information.
• Monitor social media and website performance and provide basic reporting and insights.
• Ensure consistency of company branding across all marketing materials and communications.
• Assist with other marketing and administrative duties as required.

Required Education and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience (co-op and internship experience will be considered).
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
• Familiarity with website content management systems (Wix experience is considered an asset).
• Valid Class G driver's license.

Work Conditions
