Job summary

LaSalle Agri Inc. is seeking a Marketing Administrator to join our growing marketing team and help bring our brands, businesses, and stories to life.

This role offers hands-on experience across content creation, campaigns, trade shows, reporting, and day-to-day marketing in an on-site setting in Watford, Ontario. You will create photos and videos, support campaigns, organize tasks, coordinate trade shows, and develop educational agricultural content while collaborating with external contractors

Responsibilities

• Create photo, video, and digital content for Group Solum and portfolio companies.
• Support scheduled marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Help organize and maintain marketing tasks, files and resources.
• Assist with booking and maintaining trade shows and events.
• Create and update marketing reports.
• Work with contractors to achieve requested creative results.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator and broader team.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and content.
• Develop educational and value-based content related to agriculture.

Are you a creative, organized person who loves turning ideas into content?

We're looking for a Marketing Administrator to join our growing marketing team and help bring our brands, businesses, and stories to life.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants to create, learn, and make an impact with hands-on experience across content creation, campaigns, trade shows, reporting, and day-to-day marketing.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Create photo, video, and digital content
• Build your creative skills using Photoshop, Illustrator & Premiere Pro
• Work on marketing campaigns from idea to execution
• Help bring our agricultural businesses and stories to life
• Support trade shows, events, and marketing activities
• Work closely with the marketing team and external contractors
• Help organize and improve how our marketing team works

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create photo and video content for Group Solum and other portfolio companies

You’ll ideally have experience with:

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Microsoft Excel & Word
• Notion
• AI content generation and prompting
• A high school or college education is preferred, but we’re most interested in your ability, creativity, attitude, and willingness to learn.

Agricultural knowledge is an asset, but not required.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you’ll work toward:

• Building a library of content and a marketing plan for 2027
• Learning how agriculture can be turned into educational and valuable content
• Supporting and executing scheduled marketing campaigns
• Identifying opportunities to improve our marketing efforts
• Becoming a reliable, proactive member of the marketing team

The right person will solve problems proactively, lift up the team, learn quickly, and bring ideas to the table.
