Job summary

Rising Edge Group is seeking a Manager, Marketing & Communications to lead marketing, branding, communications, and digital engagement. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, you will set direction, budgets, and performance expectations while guiding internal teams and external providers.

You will establish responsibilities, workflows, and decision-making authority across marketing, digital engagement, events, and business development support to drive growth and brand strength.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
• Professional designation in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or Public Relations is an asset.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, branding, or business development support.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience in utility, energy, construction, engineering, or industrial sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's annual marketing and communications strategy.
• Lead brand positioning, corporate messaging, and communications planning.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and market presence.
• Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on marketing initiatives.
• Oversee digital marketing strategy, CRM, analytics, and content calendars.
