Job summary

NFI Group Inc. is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communications, drive engagement, and reinforce branding across channels.

You will help manage intranet content, assist with campaigns, and contribute to social media initiatives. You will collaborate with the Communications Manager and Marketing Specialist to develop materials, analyze engagement metrics, and ensure messages reflect NFI Group’s mission and values.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or digital media.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in both written and verbal form.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, concise communications across multiple channels (email, intranet, newsletters, video, presentations, social media).
  • Maintain and update intranet content, publish routine items, and support intranet campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Communications Manager to draft content and assemble materials for internal and external initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Communications Specialist on social media planning and scheduling.
  • Create digital and printed materials aligned with NFI Group branding standards.
  • Gather analytics from intranet and social media to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Support execution of communication campaigns aligned with NFI Group's mission and values.
  • Ensure consistent use of NFI's brand standards across communications.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator supports the development and delivery of internal and external communications to create a consistent, connected narrative across the organization that supports engagement, recruitment, and strategic execution. This role helps execute communication initiatives, supports intranet content management, and assists with campaigns that strengthen employee engagement across the organization. They will also assist with social media initiatives, brand-aligned content, and marketing campaign support.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Familiarity with different social media and scheduling platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent self-manager with strong organizational skills that is comfortable working in collaborative fast-paced environment.
