Job summary

Survalent Technology Corporation is seeking a motivated Marketing Co-op Student for Fall 2026 to join our Marketing team. The role focuses on digital marketing, content creation, and event coordination to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

You will gain hands-on experience in a collaborative technology environment, supporting social media, PPC ads, and content formatting. The 4-month co-op starts in September 2026, with a $20 hourly range.

Job description

Survalent Technology is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Co-op Student to join our Marketing team for the Fall 2026 semester, starting in September 2026. In this full-time co-op role, you will support the Marketing team with digital marketing, content creation, and event coordination while helping drive brand awareness and lead generation. What will you be doing?
  • Ad-hoc event-related support which could include tradeshow participation (registration, signage design, ordering and managing booth logistics like A/V and internet) as well as conference planning and execution (registration, graphic design, managing speakers and their deliverables, sourcing new ideas and pricing for event-related giveaways, venue research for regional events, keynote speaker research, managing shipping arrangements, coordinating accommodations for staff, sourcing staff uniforms, etc.)
  • Input/upload content
  • Video and photography support
  • Record video footage and handle photography at events
  • Edit raw video footage in Adobe Premier Pro from raw content to create short soundbites and long-form videos
  • Edit photos in Adobe Photo Shop
  • Social media and pay-per-click advertising support
  • Write LinkedIn and Twitter posts based on company guidelines
  • Edit photos and/or create graphics/videos for social posts and PPC ads
  • Content formatting, graphic creation, and on-demand webinar creation
  • Format brochures and case studies in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Update screenshots in brochures, case studies, website, etc.
  • Create graphics and icons in Canva and Adobe Illustrator
  • Format videos as on-demand webinars in webinar platform
  • Competitor and market research for sales enablement
  • Research trademark and copyright information
  • Database and network clean-up
  • Organize content, determine current working files, delete duplicates and outdated drafts on network
  • Other duties as assigned
What are we looking for?
  • Must be enrolled in a University marketing program or related field
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail
  • Comfort learning and working with new systems (training will be provided)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Wordpress and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere. Familiarity with marketing automation systems and CRM would also be helpful.

This is a 4-month co-op position reporting to the Vice President of Marketing. The hourly range for this role is $20.
