Job summary

Fresh & Co. Salons is seeking an energetic marketing assistant to support our social media, email campaigns and local promotions. You will schedule content across multiple salon locations and help keep our digital presence current and engaging.

You will capture photo and video content, assist with seasonal offers, and coordinate with the team on community partnerships. A portfolio showcasing your work is highly valued and Canva experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in marketing, social media or content roles or a strong portfolio.
• Eye for photo, video and on-brand copy.
• Comfort with social platforms, scheduling tools and basic design (Canva).
• Organized, self-starting and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule social media content across channels and locations.
• Capture and coordinate photo/video content in our salons.
• Help build email campaigns, promotions and seasonal offers.
• Keep website content and local listings fresh and accurate.
• Support local marketing, events and community partnerships.
• Track performance and help optimize what works.
