Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for all aspects of departmental administration and organization.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Establishing and maintaining an effective electronic filing system
• Support corporate marketing and communication campaigns
• Being the primary administrator for key programs
• Monthly accounting
• Responding to inbound emails
• Administer internal surveys
Qualifications:
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Be very well-versed with the Microsoft Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
• Have experience with CRMs and newsletter programs
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Time-management skills and ability to meet tight timelines
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and multitask under pressure
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools
• Organization skills
• Ability to multitask
• Interpersonal skills
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
The position will have opportunities to contribute to major departmental initiatives that support the organization.
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 / per annum.
