Marketing Administrator (Fixed term contractor) (Hybrid with a base of Mississauga or St Thomas ON office)

Come build the future with us! We are looking for a dynamic team member who is passionate about marketing, making an impact, and building a career with a leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of branded home improvement products.

Reporting to the Sr Manager of Marketing, you will join an agile team working with multiple brands and product categories. As a Marketing Administrator, you will work closely with internal and external partners to support the execution of brand-building and channel activation programs.

We are looking for a team player with strong analytical and project management abilities, excellent communication skills, initiative, motivation, and comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

What You Will Bring!

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; French is an asset but not required

What You Will Do!

• Assist with new product launches by creating assets and collateral such as pricing documents, brochures, visual assets, learning courses, and presentations. Support communication and approval processes for these launches.
• Support marketing collateral creation and other initiatives, including planning and execution for eCommerce assets, updating sales decks, content creation, literature distribution, and supporting retail and trade shows.
• Assist with process improvements to automate and streamline ordering, tracking, and ROI processes, and develop other marketing team efficiencies.
