Strategic Human Resources Leader I People & Culture I CHRL Candidate

About SPC Student Price Card Ltd.

We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Market Research & Insights Manager to lead the transformation of our market research function into a high-impact, client-facing division. This role will oversee both internal research initiatives that guide company strategy and external research services that deliver value to partners and clients.

You’ll be responsible for designing and executing research plans, uncovering actionable insights through both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and delivering compelling presentations that clearly communicate findings to internal stakeholders and external clients. You’ll play a key role in helping the business—and our clients—stay ahead of market trends, consumer behavior shifts, and competitive movements.

In this dual strategic and commercial role, you’ll also be tasked with identifying and selling research opportunities to external partners. This includes working closely with the Partnerships and Marketing teams to create data-driven narratives that demonstrate the impact of our research capabilities. You’ll help position research as a value-add service by developing thoughtful content—such as case studies, insight reports, and trend forecasts—that attracts prospective partners and reinforces our brand’s authority in the student and youth market.

You’ll also manage the sale and execution of media placements on our platform, ensuring alignment with client goals and performance benchmarks. If you’re excited by the challenge of growing a new business line that blends research, strategic storytelling, and partnership development, this role offers the opportunity to lead, build, and influence. ripp
