Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our Central Pharmacy team, supporting the growth of over 300 acquired Pharmacy locations across Canada! This role can be located anywhere in Canada, with support offices in ON, MB, and SK.

Job Description:

The Pricing Analyst will analyze pharmacy pricing data, develop pricing strategies, and forecast market trends. They will work closely with pharmacy and field operations to implement competitive pricing that enhances profitability and customer value.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain pricing models and tools for data-driven decisions.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor pricing for margin improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and adjust pricing strategies as needed.
• Identify pricing opportunities or risks and support their implementation.
• Manage price change processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business case development related to pricing.
• Collaborate with IT and Data teams to improve pricing tools and data integration.
• Contribute to pricing strategies for private label, specialty, and regulated products, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Mentor junior analysts and develop pricing best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or related roles, preferably in healthcare/pharmacy.
• Experience with KPI development, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
