Vancouver Pile Driving Ltd. (VanPile) in North Vancouver, BC, is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support major marine and civil construction projects. You will work with field teams, interpret plans, and help keep projects on schedule and on budget. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in heavy construction, an Engineering degree or Civil Technology diploma, and strong cost control, estimating and planning skills. Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD and MS Project is important.

• Proficient in cost control, estimating, and planning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specs to support execution.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and schedules.
• Support field teams with procedures and best practices.
• Track project costing, reporting, and financial performance.
• Establish and maintain project cost codes.
• Assist with subcontractor coordination and documentation.
