Job summary

CoolIT Systems Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Test Manager to lead the test team, shaping robust test strategies and ensuring high-quality, reliable cooling solutions.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Design Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, QA and Supply Chain to align test processes with production goals. Ideal candidates have a mechanical or electrical engineering background, hands-on with Automated Test Equipment, and strong leadership capabilities to mentor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and professional experience in test environments.
• Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001) and Six Sigma is desirable.
• Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing test team and develop robust test strategies.
• Oversee design and improvement of test systems for scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, and QA to integrate test requirements early.
• Develop KPIs to measure test performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop test engineers and technicians.
