CoolIT, An Ecolab Company, seeks a Mechanical Engineering Team Lead to head the CDU/structural mechanical design for data center and HPC applications. You will manage a high-performing team, drive technical development, and collaborate with industry partners to implement best-in-class technologies.

Your leadership will focus on reliability, reduced development times, and scalable designs while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience with NPI and hardware design processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the CDU mechanical architecture and interfaces, structural design, and packaging.
• Guide the team through full NPI lifecycle from concept to mass production.
• Drive reliability improvements and component reuse across products.
• Foster accountability and engineering excellence within the team.
• Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to adopt best-in-class technologies.
