Job Summary

Reporting to the Packaging Manager, Manufacturing technicians in the pre roll/milling area are responsible for carrying out manufacturing related tasks to ensure Tilray products are packaged and ready for shipping in a timely fashion.

Shift:

Monday - Thursday (10-hour shift)

Available to work overtime (On Fridays, if needed)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sort through milled flower to remove large stem and look for foreign material
• Cleaning milled product trays and finished pre-roll trays
• Providing support to the packer machine by processing re-work and labelling and organizing finished cartons in storage boxes
• Support the pre-roll maker machines by feeding product to the machine, loading filters, and picking trays for rejects
• Support the filter making machine by loading finished trays of filters into storage boxes and tracking consumption and output
• Clean all machines (miller, filter maker, pre-roll makers, packer) to be ready to pass QA testing and start new strains/lots
• Cleaning of dust collector units for both pre-roll makers once strains have been completed

Other Requirements

• Ability to lift 25 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods up to 3 hours or more
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment to include but not limited to: Safety boots, safety goggles, bump cap, production uniform, lab coat, surgical mask, surgical gloves
