Job summary

BRP, a world leader in recreational vehicles, seeks an experienced Program Manager in Montreal to oversee manufacturing projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of experience as a Program Delivery Manager or similar role.
• Experience implementing SAP and other systems that integrate with SAP.
• Experience delivering complex Manufacturing/Supply Chain projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong mix of traditional, hybrid, and agile project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
• Analytical mindset with root-cause problem solving and solution delivery.
• Results-driven with focus on high-quality business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT and business departments.
• Allocate resources including budget and personnel.
• Identify and mitigate risks; address issues proactively.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party providers.
• Implement QA processes and monitor project performance.
• Document plans, status reports, and change requests; report to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and tools.
