Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or order processing.
• ERP experience and production optimization software is an asset.
• Knowledge of glass manufacturing processes is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Import customer orders into ERP and verify order accuracy.
• Communicate with customers and Sales to resolve discrepancies.
• Batch and plan production orders based on capacity, lead times and materials.
• Release and optimize production schedules to maximize throughput.
• Monitor schedules for delays and adjust priorities.
• Print and distribute manufacturing orders, labels and documents.
• Maintain accurate system data and follow planning procedures.
• Identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties to support the P&S department.
