Base pay range

CA$90,000.00 / yr - CA$105,000.00 / yr

You should be passionate and knowledgeable about :

• Assembling and testing complex electronic products
• Implementing and observing ESD protocols
• Designing and improving manufacturing processes
• Putting lean principles into practice
• Measuring and improving process capability
• Conducting DFM and DFT analyses
• Assessing performance by consistently tracking key metrics
• Industrialization and New Product Introduction (NPI)

And this is what we’d expect of you :

• Ensure exceptional quality through quality process design and implementation
• Scale our existing manufacturing capacity to meet forecast demand
• Improve manufacturing process quality, reliability and consistency
• Standardize processes and establish consistent daily throughput levels
• Supervise and train manufacturing staff
• Establish an optimal flow from raw materials
• Support ERP system implementation
• Introduce new products into manufacturing
• Continuously optimize manufacturing costs : material, labour, overhead, etc.

Experience requirements :

• 3 years – Managing a production floor and production employees
• 3 years – Implementing, upgrading and improving an electronics production facility
• 2 years – Developing and coaching production employees

Language requirement

• French professional (preferred)

The hiring process for this position will consist of … interviews :

• 1st interview with HR representative - 20 minutes via Google Meet - General discussion, confirmation of interest
• 2nd interview with the department’s head - 30 minutes via Google Meet - General technical discussion
• 3rd interview with your future colleagues and supervisor - 1 hour on-site - In-depth technical discussion + tour of the office

Work location

• We expected people to come a majority of their time to the office
