Join a team at the forefront of data-driven innovation, where you’ll shape transformative solutions in the manufacturing industry. In this role, you’ll leverage your specialized expertise to drive impactful data and analytics solutions tailored to industry challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales team to understand client needs, propose customized solutions, and showcase the value of Adastra’s offerings.

Location: Across Canada

Position Type: Contract, estimated duration of 1 year with the possibility of extension

Employment Type: Part-Time (4–6 hours per week during regular business hours)

Work Type: Hybrid — occasional on-site presence required for meetings

Responsibilities
  1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing challenges, including supply chain optimization, predictive maintenance, and quality control
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients, understanding their specific pain points and business objectives
  3. Design and present custom solution proposals that highlight Adastra's capabilities in data management, advanced analytics, and AI/ML
  4. Conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations to validate the feasibility and value of Adastra's offerings for manufacturing clients
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert, offering technical and industry-specific guidance to the sales team and clients
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure Adastra’s solutions remain competitive and relevant
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  1. Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry at an executive level, with a strong grasp of operational processes, supply chain management, and data-driven decision-making
  2. Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and applications of Industry 4.0, IoT, and predictive analytics in manufacturing
  3. Executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  4. Experience in presales or solution engineering within a consulting or technology services environment is preferred
Nice To Have
  • A track record of successful presales or solution engineering experience, preferably within a consulting or technology services environment
