Job summary

AGI - Ag Growth International is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for their Rosenort, MB location. The role covers design updates to product lines, lean initiatives, R&D and troubleshooting production issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or C.E.T. required.
1–2 years relevant experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with mechanical design and metal fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs and conferring with equipment vendors.
Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and testing methods and equipment.
Improve efficiency by planning workflow, space, and equipment layout.
Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods and establishing standards.
Provide manufacturing cost insights by analyzing production data and schedules.
