We are looking for a driven and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to help us optimize and elevate our manufacturing operations. If you're passionate about problem-solving, process improvement, and bringing designs to life, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and refining our production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability. You’ll collaborate with project engineers, product development teams, and production staff to introduce lean solutions, reduce waste, and drive performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, plan, and implement efficient production lines for new and existing products.
Apply lean manufacturing techniques to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term, sustainable solutions.
Work cross-functionally to support new product launches and advise on DFM/DFA.
Create and maintain essential manufacturing documentation (work instructions, PFMEA, routings).
Develop and procure tooling, fixtures, and automated solutions.
Leverage SPC data to drive quality and process improvements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, TAKT times, and tooling requirements for new projects.
Benchmark processes and implement best practices across the facility.
Define and manage budgets for equipment and improvement projects.
What You Bring
2+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a production environment.
Strong background in metal manufacturing (stamping, welding, assembly).
Experience with MIG/TIG welding, resistance welding, and mechanical assemblies.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software.
Comfortable working with PLCs, robots, and vision systems.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering .
