You will drive NPI transitions, DFMs, DFAs, and cost optimization while partnering with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and suppliers.

Position: Manufacturing Engineer

Salary Range: CA$50,000.00 to CA$90,000.00
Location: Aurora, ON
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes to support New Product Introduction (NPI), production efficiency, product quality, and cost competitiveness. This role serves as the manufacturing engineering technical lead, partnering with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Management, and suppliers to ensure products are designed and manufactured using robust, efficient, and scalable processes.
This position is ideal for a hands‑on engineer who enjoys leading technical projects, solving complex manufacturing challenges, and driving continuous improvement in a low‑volume, high‑mix manufacturing environment.
You will be responsible for the following responsibilities, which include but not be limited to:
