Sinclair Technologies, a division of Norsat International Inc., is seeking an Antenna Engineering Technician to join the Engineering team in Aurora, ON. You will prototype, test, and validate antennas and RF components used in public safety radios, base stations, and telecom infrastructure.
The position requires a Diploma/Degree in Electronics Technology and at least 2 years of RF prototyping experience, with strong attention to detail and clear communication.

Position: Antenna Engineering Technician

Hourly Rate: $45,000.00 – 60,000.00
Location: Aurora, ON
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Antenna Engineering Technician to join our Engineering Team. Preference will be given to candidates who have good verbal and written communication skills, are team players, are detail-oriented, and have a natural drive to deliver accurate, reliable work. As an Antenna Engineering Technician, you will work closely with RF engineers to prototype, test, and validate antennas and RF components used in public safety radios, base stations, and telecom infrastructure. Your role will be essential in ensuring high performance, rugged, and standards-compliant products reach the field.
Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada, you must be a Canadian Citizen, a Permanent Resident, or a foreign national holding a valid Work Permit or specific authorization like a study permit with off-campus work permission, a temporary resident permit, or be part of special programs.
