Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator - Manufacturing (Wellhead) to support Production Control by ensuring the smooth flow of work orders through Manufacturing. You will coordinate with Shop Floor Supervisors, Purchasing, and Sales groups to keep production on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of manufacturing coordination experience, forklift certification, and strong ERP/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

High School Diploma is required.
Forklift experience is mandatory.
3–5 years of related assembly and/or coordinating experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work overtime, including some Saturdays.
Detail oriented with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain all paperwork associated with work orders and move materials as required.
Coordinate production order flow through Plant by planning with Shop Floor Supervisors.
Coordinate materials and deliveries for production orders with Purchasing.
Ensure products are properly identified with required documentation and records.
Assist in delegating work through ATP (assembling, testing, painting) as needed.
Process paper and computer work for finished goods as required.
Close ATP work orders (MIGO) and print labels for finished goods.
