Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in process improvement or operations engineering.
  • Experience in transformer core manufacturing or related industries preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma; Green/Black Belt is a plus.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Minitab, Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and output.
  • Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives and Kaizen events across operations.
  • Collect and analyze data to drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with operations, production, quality control, maintenance, and engineering teams.
  • Develop SOPs and train personnel on new processes and procedures.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met in improvements.
