  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Identify problems and make adjustments related to industrial AC/DC electric motors and generators.
  • Use manual machine tools and balancing equipment for rotating machinery following safety procedures.
  • Operate manual machining tools such as engine lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drills.
  • Safely operate overhead and gantry cranes, and perform lift rigging.
  • Perform mechanical measurements using tools like dial indicators, micrometers, and vibration measurement equipment.
Qualifications and Competencies
  • 3+ years of experience as a machinist in electric motor repair preferred.
  • Ability to read micrometer measuring equipment.
  • Experience operating manual lathes and electro-plating equipment.
  • Basic math skills and ability to follow safety and operational procedures.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
