Job summary

Quantum Technology Recruiting Inc. (QTR) is helping a client in Toronto fill a Manhattan Specialist role, onsite four days per week. You will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of an enterprise Warehouse Management System within a large organization undergoing digital transformation.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and external partners to gather requirements, configure workflows, and ensure system functionality aligns with evolving business needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting an enterprise Warehouse Management System.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with WMS implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects.
  • Experience working with enterprise application integrations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Relevant WMS or supply chain certifications are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of the organization's Warehouse Management System.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  • Configure workflows, business rules, and system functionality to support warehouse operations.
  • Coordinate testing activities, including integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support integrations between the WMS and other enterprise applications.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse, inventory, and supply chain processes.
  • Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
  • Develop user documentation, deliver end-user training, and promote best practices.
  • Serve as the WMS subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
