Job summary

Fox Group Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Mango/Laline/Fox Home banners in Newmarket, Ontario.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, deliver an outstanding customer experience and oversee day-to-day store operations. The role requires at least 3 years in specialty retail, strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to analyze sales data, manage inventory, and ensure brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in specialty/fashion retail.
• Previous Store Manager or retail management experience required.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and drive store performance.
• Ability to analyze sales reports, identify business trends, and respond quickly to the needs of the business.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to identify, recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who is an exceptional leader with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing store team. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the store.

• Manage controllable expenses and support overall store profitability
• Maintain Mango procedures and operational standards
• Ensure Loss Prevention, health, and safety procedures are followed

Required Skills/Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in specialty retail, luxury goods, fashion retail, or a comparable retail environment
• Previous Store Manager or retail management experience required
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and drive store performance
• Ability to analyze sales reports, identify business trends, and respond quickly to the needs of the business
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
