Job summary

Fox Group Canada, owner of Mango, Laline and Fox Home, is seeking a Shift Lead to motivate and develop the store team in Toronto, Ontario. You will provide exceptional customer experiences, coach associates, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will ensure high merchandising standards, lead daily operations, and maintain a positive, inclusive team culture in-store.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of fast fashion experience.
• Prior sales management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics.
• Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
• Strong decision making and conflict mediation within a team environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Windows-based software such as Excel, Word and Outlook.

• Comfort in making decisions and mediating conflict within a team-environment
• Ability to address complex issues and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Ability to identify/assess top talent and train/develop/retain great people.
• Proficient in windows-based software such as Excel, Word and Outlook
