Job summary

Fox Group Canada is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead operations for Mango stores in Canada. You will motivate and develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure a premier customer experience while managing day-to-day store activities.

The role requires at least 3 years in specialty fashion retail, strong leadership, and a proven ability to meet sales goals. You will oversee training, onboarding, and adherence to company policies, with focus on profitability and loss

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in specialty retail, luxury goods, fashion retail, or a comparable retail environment.
• Previous Store Manager or retail management experience required.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and drive store performance.
• Ability to analyze sales reports, identify business trends, and respond quickly to the needs of the business.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who is an exceptional leader with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing store team. Pay Range: $25–$30/hour This is a vacant position.
