Job summary

Navitas Limited is seeking an International Student Recruitment Manager to join the North American team in London, Ontario at Western International College (WesternIC). The role supports recruitment growth, coordinates with in-college teams and offshore managers, and engages diverse stakeholders to reach regional targets.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Mandarin, bring marketing and recruitment experience, and be willing to travel internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Experience in marketing and student recruitment.
• Full proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Proven track record of strong sales performance.
• High-level numeric literacy and critical thinking.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in English & Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel internationally and weekends/evenings if needed.
• Legal right to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional marketing and communication plans aligned with recruitment cycles.
• Localize value propositions for colleges in target markets and collaborate with Directors of Marketing and Recruitment.
• Support offshore recruiters to improve conversion across the student journey.
• Generate digital content and campaigns for regional markets and proofread translated materials.
• Coordinate arrival logistics, pre-departure sessions, and regional arrival guides.
• Provide regular pipeline updates and assist with offshore recruitment activities.
