What You'll Do

As a Banking Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers calling for support with their banking needs. You'll handle approximately 40-60 inbound calls daily while providing exceptional customer service and building trust with every interaction.

You’ll Help Customers With

• Account inquiries and everyday banking questions
• Online and mobile banking support
• Password resets and account access issues
• Credit card and transaction inquiries
• New account openings
• Navigating digital banking tools and self-service options
• Resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally

You’ll also collaborate with internal partners, identify customer needs, and contribute to a positive client experience that strengthens long-term relationships.
