Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst in Ottawa, ON, to support a large-scale, mission-critical IT environment in the NCR under a Government of Canada security clearance.

You will act as a trusted on-site technical advisor, provide advanced troubleshooting on Dell infrastructure, manage deployments, and collaborate with customer stakeholders to ensure reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction across 10,000+ devices.

Qualifications

• Active Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance.
• Fluently bilingual in English and French.
• Based in the Ottawa area with the ability to travel onsite throughout the NCR as required.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and Dell technologies.
• Proven troubleshooting, systems administration, infrastructure operations, and customer-facing technical support.
• Experience working in complex, mission-critical IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support across Dell infrastructure environments.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize Dell solutions including Servers, PowerScale, ECS, Data Domain, HPC, Dell Networking, PowerStore, End User Computing devices, Amulet Hotkey, and related Dell hardware and software.
• Perform health checks, firmware upgrades, diagnostics, and lifecycle management activities.
• Support infrastructure deployments, expansions, migrations, and hardware refresh initiatives.
• Act as a customer advocate, coordinating with Dell support teams to drive timely incident resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Deliver status reporting, documentation, configuration management, and compliance support.
• Identify risks proactively and provide strategic recommendations for scalability, performance optimization, and future growth.
• Share knowledge through technical documentation, walkthroughs, demonstrations, and best-practice guidance.

One of TEKsystems largest professional services clients is looking for a strong Infrastructure analyst to take on a Client facing support role.

One of TEKsystems largest professional services clients are seeking a dynamic infrastructure specialist to serve as a trusted on-site technical advisor supporting a large-scale, mission-critical IT environment in the National Capital Region (NCR).

This role offers the opportunity to work with leading-edge technologies, supporting over 10,000 deployed devices while partnering directly with customer stakeholders and client support teams to ensure operational excellence, performance, and reliability.

What You'll Do

As the primary technical expert, you will:

Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support across Dell infrastructure environments.

Monitor, maintain, and optimize Dell solutions including Servers, PowerScale, ECS, Data Domain, HPC, Dell Networking, PowerStore, End User Computing devices, Amulet Hotkey, and related Dell hardware and software.

What We're Looking For

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
