Your responsibilities include managing a loan portfolio throughout its lifecycle, engaging in negotiations, legal processes, and ensuring risk management and client satisfaction.

Specific duties include:

  1. Initiating and maintaining client relationships, providing leadership to your team to achieve business development goals.
  2. Collaborating with team members to analyze client needs, develop solutions, negotiate terms, and oversee documentation and due diligence for loan funding.
  3. Leading the team to deliver financing solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues.
  4. Developing strategies to increase business volume, manage risks, and enhance portfolio profitability.
  5. Utilizing market intelligence for business development, participating in promotional and community activities.
  6. Adhering to policies, legal standards, and providing prudent risk management.
  7. Monitoring market conditions and competition, and performing other tasks as assigned.

What we offer includes a salary range of $113,833 to $151,777 annually (region-specific), bonuses, flexible vacation, a defined benefit pension plan, group insurance, and wellness benefits, subject to eligibility.
