RBC Capital Markets seeks a Data Product Lead to own enterprise data products across Capital Markets. You will define strategy, lead execution, and partner across business and technology to deliver trusted data capabilities and measurable business value.

What is the opportunity?

Own enterprise data products across Capital Markets. This role is part of RBC Capital Markets Data Strategy & Execution and is responsible for delivering trusted, governed, AI-ready data capabilities.

The Data Product Lead will define strategy, lead execution, partner across business and technology, and deliver measurable business value through modern data capabilities.

What will you do?
  • Develop domain strategy aligned with Capital Markets objectives.
  • Partner with business, technology, operations, risk and finance.

What do you need to succeed?
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant Capital Markets experience.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional global teams.
Must-Have Skills
  • Deep Capital Markets domain expertise.
  • Proven leadership in enterprise data strategy, governance or engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate degree and experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, cloud platforms and AI-enabled data management.
