RBC is seeking a seasoned Data Product Manager to drive the Enterprise Client Data vision for a centralized CDM in Toronto. You will partner with agile squads, align stakeholders, and shape the backlog and delivery roadmap to enable data-driven decisions across global businesses.
You will build relationships with data SMEs, translate business needs into technical requirements, and articulate the value of the Enterprise Client Data Master to executives, driving adoption and strategic impact.
The Chief Data Office’s Enterprise Client Data team is undertaking an enterprise-wide initiative to enable and accelerate the build and deployment of a centralized Enterprise Client Data Master (CDM) in partnership with RBC’s business platforms. In this role, a successful candidate will act as a ‘center of gravity’ for agile delivery squads, establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to the overall vision and backlog of the Enterprise Client Data team.
Opportunity to drive meaningful contributions as part of a complex Enterprise program that supports all of RBC’s global businesses. Work closely with business partners to identify & enable data-driven opportunities and the support the advancement of RBC’s Enterprise Client Data Strategy.
