RBC is seeking a Managing Counsel for a one-year contract position to support its Canadian Wealth Management's securities distribution. The role involves providing strategic legal advice, managing legal risks, and collaborating with senior management and external partners. What is the opportunity?
As Managing Counsel supporting certain of the Canadian Wealth Management securities distribution businesses, you will provide legal support on key strategic initiatives and projects, advise on regulatory developments, assist in formulating and executing policies and procedures for the business, as well as provide legal support on various matters. You will work directly with senior management of Wealth Management, as well as their functional support groups in providing such legal support, including dealing with associated legal risks.
**Please note this is one year contract position**
