MCL Sustainable Cleaning Solutions seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead our Vaughan operation, ensuring safe, accurate and efficient flow from receiving through delivery. You will coach supervisors and staff, manage KPIs, and partner with Customer Service, Purchasing, Sales, Finance and Logistics to support company growth.

This role emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement and a data‑driven approach. Five years of warehouse leadership and experience with WMS/ERP systems are preferred;

Responsibilities

• Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting and process discipline.
• Monitoring operational KPIs and implementing corrective actions.
• Managing warehouse staffing, scheduling, labour planning, and productivity.
• Ensuring compliance with OHSA, WHMIS, company policies, and internal operating procedures.
• Managing warehouse equipment, preventative maintenance, and facility standards.

MCL Sustainable Cleaning Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operation and continue building a culture centered on safety, accountability, operational excellence, and customer service. This role is responsible for the overall performance of our distribution operation, ensuring products move safely, accurately, and efficiently from receiving through to delivery. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Warehouse Manager leads warehouse supervisors and associates while partnering closely with Customer Service, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, and Logistics to support company growth. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys improving processes, developing people, solving operational challenges, and making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Minimum five years leading warehouse operations


• Minimum three years managing supervisors and warehouse teams

• Excellent organizational and communication skills


• Experience improving warehouse processes


• Strong understanding of Ontario health and safety legislation

Preferred

• Distribution experience


• Janitorial or industrial supply experience


• Lean or Continuous Improvement experience


• Forklift certification
