Job summary

AMJ Home Delivery in Mississauga is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a fast-paced warehouse team. You will supervise inbound, receiving, put away, and outbound processes, ensuring accuracy, on-time loading, and safe operations across all equipment.

You will delegate tasks, monitor metrics, coordinate with Crate & Barrel and customers by phone and email, and drive improvements that deliver strong service levels.

Qualifications

• Able to excel in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and process large volumes of detailed work accurately and on time.
• Self-motivated with initiative and a consistently positive attitude.
• Demonstrates integrity, strong teamwork, and reliability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with good listening.

• Prepare and run internal meetings with supporting analytics.
• Manage the relationship between AMJ and Crate & Barrel for Toronto.
• Communicate with customers and accounts via phone and email to schedule deliveries.
• Ensure daily tasks (SFR, DFR, CS emails & ADP timecard approvals) are completed.
• Handle customer escalations and evolve to account management as needed.
• Assist delivery teams to achieve high delivery scores.
• Respond promptly to client requests to maintain service excellence.
• Ensure every customer feels prioritized.
• Other duties as assigned.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work effectively with other managers and team leaders.
• Drive specific initiatives that have proven business results
• Effectively prepare and run internal meetings with supporting analytics and data
• Manage the relationship between AMJ and Crate & Barrel for Toronto
• Communicating with both our customers and accounts via phone and email to schedule the deliver of their product(s)
• Ensure all the daily tasks are completed (SFR, DFR, CS emails & ADP timecard approvals)
• Receive and navigate customer escalations leading up to and on the day of delivery
• Manage customer complaints and evolve to the account manager when necessary
• Assist our delivery teams in achieving a score of 4.85/5 or greater in the planning an execution of our deliveries.
• Respond to client requests in a timely manner to ensure we are providing a level of service that helps us maintain our standard level of excellence.
• Ensure each and every customer we connect with feels prioritized
• Other duties as assigned
