Job summary

Upper Canada Forest Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the afternoon shift in Mississauga. The role involves loading/unloading, order preparation, safe freight handling, and ERP inventory entry in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Onsite work with a shift premium is offered, along with a strong team culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Forklift license is an asset but not required.
• Lumber or panel experience is an asset.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull approximately 75 lbs repetitively and safely.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move and stack products by hand and using a forklift.
• Prepare order for shipment, ensure that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Handle freight and secure loads in accordance with established safety requirements.
• Tag, mark, or label stock items and ensure they are placed in correct storage location.
• Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Key updated inventory into the ERP system.
• Report any discrepancies in inventory to management.
• Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Warehouse Associate - Afternoon Shift 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Wage:

$19.50-$21.00 + a $2 shift premium
