Job summary

The Government of Nova Scotia in Halifax is seeking a Manager, User Support Services to lead frontline technical professionals supporting modern digital experiences for Government and Healthcare partners in a 24/7 environment. You will manage a Halifax-based team with remote tools to deliver secure, reliable services.

You will drive continual service improvement, scale operations, and partner with departments to meet evolving user needs while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

Experience leading partner-focused teams and building strong relationships with partners.
Ability to coach staff on new processes and technologies and develop SOPs.
Experience monitoring service levels and managing budgets.
Proven decision-making in digital support services development and ongoing management.
