Position Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking Manager, Talent Acquisition, to lead and inspire our talent acquisition team.
Reporting to the Director, People Experience, this role is central to driving organizational transformation, championing inclusive hiring practices, and enhancing the candidate experience. You will bring a blend of strategic insight and hands-on expertise—empowering your team, leading senior-level recruitment, and continuously advancing every aspect of the talent acquisition lifecycle.

This position is open to both Vancouver Airport Authority employees and external applicants. Previous job performance will be taken into consideration for all internal candidates that apply for this position. As part of our recruitment process, short-listed candidates may be required to participate in an assessment process.
