Position Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead and inspire our talent acquisition team.
Reporting to the Director, People Experience, this role is central to driving organizational transformation, championing inclusive hiring practices, and enhancing the candidate experience. You will bring a blend of strategic insight and hands-on expertise—empowering your team, leading senior-level recruitment, and continuously advancing every aspect of the talent acquisition lifecycle.

This position is open to both Vancouver Airport Authority employees and external applicants. Previous job performance will be taken into consideration for all internal candidates that apply for this position. As part of our recruitment process, short-listed candidates may be required to participate in an assessment process. This role allows for flexible working and a hybrid schedule, requiring on-site presence 3-4 days per week.
Salary Range: $102,880 to $154,320 per annum. This is individually tailored to reflect your unique experience and qualifications, and internal equity. Performance-Based Incentive: Eligibility for an annual bonus target at 15% of your annual salary.
