Marshall Land Systems is seeking a Manager, Supplier Quality to join our team in Moncton, NB. Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, the Manager, Supplier Quality will be responsible for assessing supplier processes, procedures, and performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and business requirements. This role will evaluate supplier capabilities and capacity, while establishing and maintaining a robust Supplier Monitoring Program aligned with a business risk-based assessment approach.
The Manager, Supplier Quality will identify opportunities for improvement and develop supplier improvement plans to address performance gaps. This role will provide regular status updates to suppliers and internal stakeholders, track corrective actions, and ensure agreed-upon improvements are effectively implemented. Additionally, the Manager will monitor product quality from key strategic suppliers to ensure delivered products consistently meet required specifications, standards, and customer expectations.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 commensurate on qualifications and work experience.
